$45 Million – Unfair Business Practices

The firm litigated a class action under the California Unfair Competition Law (UCL) (California Business and Professions Code Section 17200 et seq.) on behalf of small business owners who alleged they had been victims of unfair‚ fraudulent and unlawful business practices and deceptive advertising by a nationwide business valuation and sales company. Robinson Calcagnie, Inc. was successful in obtaining a nationwide class action settlement on behalf of the plaintiffs.
