Jennifer M. Collins is an attorney at Robinson Calcagnie, Inc. Since joining the firm in 2012, she has devoted her practice to personal injury, wrongful death, products liability, and all aspects of civil litigation. Currently, Ms. Collins represents hundreds of plaintiffs who have had their health and livelihoods irreparably damaged by pharmaceutical drugs and defective medical devices. Specifically, Ms. Collins represents women in cases involving important women’s health issues, including women injured by transvaginal mesh and Yaz/Yasmin/Ocella oral contraceptives.
Ms. Collins graduated magna cum laude from Chapman University in Orange, California, with a Bachelor of Arts in History and a minor in Political Science. She then received her Juris Doctor from Chapman University’s Fowler School of Law where she received several awards for achievement, including the CALI Excellence for the Future Award. During law school, Ms. Collins had the pleasure of working in the Bette and Wylie Aitken Family Protection Clinic and the Orange County Family Justice Center, where she provided free assistance in immigration and human trafficking matters, and secured U Visa and VAWA relief for numerous undocumented immigrants.
Ms. Collins is admitted to the California bar. She is a member of the American Bar Association (ABA), the Orange County Bar Association (OCBA) and the American Association for Justice (AAJ).
