The Wall Street Journal – Mark Robinson Speaks Before Federal Panel re GM Ignition Switch Lawsuits

May 29, 2014 – Mark Robinson, Jr. spoke before a panel of federal judges today requesting to group GM ignition switch lawsuits for transfer to a single federal court in California.  Mr. Robinson argued that the GM bankruptcy and civil litigation lawsuits deal with separate issues and that there is no need to assign the case to New York.
