The Wall Street Journal – Mark Robinson Assigned Temporary Lead Counsel Representing Plaintiffs in GM Ignition Cases

June 26, 2014 – Attorney Mark Robinson, who served as served as co-lead counsel on the Toyota MDL litigation for sudden intended acceleration cases, has been assigned temporary lead counsel representing plaintiffs against GM in the ignition switch defect litigation.  Plaintiffs are seeking economic damages after the auto maker recalled millions of cars this year.
