About the CAOC
The CAOC is a statewide professional association of lawyers who represent plaintiffs in civil actions such as personal injury, elder abuse, defective medical devices and financial fraud. Many of the lawsuits are against powerful insurance companies, banks and automobile manufacturers. With nearly 3,000 members, CAOC is focused on protecting legal rights through advocating new legislation that protects consumers, or preventing bills that would limit the rights of victims.
